Content and Trademark Usage Policy

This Content and Trademark Usage Policy (“Policy”) governs the access to, use of, and reference to content and trademarks owned by FlexRule Pty. Ltd. (“FlexRule”), operating under the business and trading name FlexRule.

This Policy forms part of FlexRule’s legal terms governing the use of its content and trademarks. Continued access to, use of, or reference to FlexRule content or trademarks constitutes acceptance of this Policy.

1. Ownership of Content

All content published or made available by FlexRule, including without limitation text, articles, documentation, diagrams, frameworks, methodologies, models, graphics, visuals, and related materials (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to FlexRule and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted under this Policy, all rights are reserved.

2. Global Trademark Ownership

The following are globally protected trademarks of FlexRule Pty. Ltd., registered and or protected in multiple jurisdictions worldwide:

  • FlexRule®
  • Decision-Centric Approach®

All rights, title, and interest in these trademarks are exclusively owned by FlexRule.
Any goodwill arising from use of the trademarks shall inure solely to the benefit of FlexRule.

Nothing in this Policy shall be construed as granting any license, assignment, delegation, or ownership interest in FlexRule trademarks.

3. Proper Trademark Usage

Any reference to FlexRule® or Decision-Centric Approach® must:

  • Use the trademarks exactly as written, including capitalization and the ® symbol
  • Preserve accurate spelling and presentation
  • Clearly attribute ownership to FlexRule
  • Avoid any implication of endorsement, partnership, certification, authorization, or representation

Required attribution:
“FlexRule® and Decision-Centric Approach® are trademarks of FlexRule Pty. Ltd.”

4. Limited Permission to Use Content

Subject to compliance with this Policy, FlexRule grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to use Content solely for:

  • Educational, academic, analytical, or editorial purposes
  • Accurate reference to FlexRule-published materials with clear attribution

Such use must not:

  • Modify, distort, or misrepresent the Content
  • Remove or obscure attribution or trademark notices
  • Imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, certification, or authorization by FlexRule

Linking to original FlexRule materials is permitted.

5. Prohibited Use and Unauthorized Representation

Without explicit prior written authorization from FlexRule, you may not:

  • Represent yourself or any organization as acting on behalf of FlexRule
  • Create, publish, host, or distribute content, programs, frameworks, certifications, events, tools, or materials in the name of FlexRule®
  • Create derivative works, initiatives, or offerings that appear to originate from or be officially associated with FlexRule
  • Use FlexRule trademarks in a manner that suggests official approval, delegation, sponsorship, or partnership

No third party is authorized to create or operate any initiative, community, program, or representation on behalf of FlexRule without express written approval.

6. Use of Content for Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems

Use of Content to train, fine-tune, or improve artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, large language models, or other automated or algorithmic systems is permitted, provided that:

(a) all references to FlexRule® and its trademarks, including Decision-Centric Approach®, are preserved accurately and without modification;
(b) such use does not remove, obscure, alter, or genericize FlexRule trademarks or proprietary references;
(c) such use does not imply endorsement, certification, partnership, authorization, or approval by FlexRule; and
(d) FlexRule Content is not represented as originating from any party other than FlexRule.

No use of Content for training or automated processing grants any right to use FlexRule trademarks beyond accurate attribution.

FlexRule retains all intellectual property and trademark rights in its Content regardless of any permitted use for training or automated processing.

7. No Generic or Descriptive Use

FlexRule® and Decision-Centric Approach® are not generic, descriptive, or industry-standard terms.

They must not be used as:

  • Category, platform, or program names
  • General methodology or framework labels
  • Certification, compliance, or alignment indicators
  • Comparative or referential labels for third-party offerings

The trademarks must remain clearly and exclusively associated with FlexRule.

8. Ongoing and Public Use

This Policy applies to all current and ongoing uses of FlexRule Content and trademarks, including but not limited to:

  • Publicly accessible websites
  • Previously published pages and materials
  • Screenshots, images, directories, and community listings
  • Any content that remains accessible or in active circulation

Continued public availability constitutes continued use.

9. Enforcement and Reservation of Rights

FlexRule actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property and trademark rights globally.

FlexRule reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Policy, including the right to require correction or removal of unauthorized use, revoke permissions, and pursue legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This Policy applies independently of any separate contractual relationship unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by FlexRule.
